Have to laugh at this reponse from Francis Brennan in the Kenmare Park Hotel.
Just a bit of back round.
We arrived for breakfast and ordered tea.
Took 20 minutes for tea to arrive after asking a second time. At dinner staff apologised and gave us complimentary drink. Next morning same thing. Asked for tea. Left waiting. Ordered a bowl of fruit and a bowl of yogurt was served. In any hotel I have ever visited tea and coffee is always served promptly when you sit down for bre ... akfast, so a pot of tea requires " PRECOOK TIME ". Then the complimentary drink we were given was charged on our bill.The last line is the best part - hope that we may have the opportunity to make amends should you choose to visit again. We were actually going to just walk out the second morning after the treatment we got. No other table was left waiting. So no you wont have the opportunity to make amends ice blue colored items to wear for the maid of the bride
